About Our President

Matt Camilleri has close to 30 years in the hospitality industry starting in the back of the house leading up to being the Managing Director for RealFood Hospitality, Strategy and Design. During the early years of his career, he successfully launched multiple restaurant openings (including abroad in Cork City, Ireland), provided food and beverage operations for boutique hotels, and directed US operations for Dining In Inc. (now Grubhub). 

Matt found his passion in food service design. His ability to strategically approach the marriage of hospitality and design makes him one of the most effective leaders in the industry. Some of most Matt's notable projects range from industry leading tech giants, massive clubs/resorts and successful multi-unit restaurant groups and many more. 
His success comes from not only having extensive foodservice design experience but also having worked in many different hospitality segments. He understands the need for complex culinary operations to deliver a memorable dining experience. Matt’s priority is to work with clients to design a high-quality, efficient space that works for everyone.
